They did an amazing job! The owner, Waylon, worked directly with us from start to finish, was very clear and concise, and happy to answer any and all of our questions. We got new roofs and gutters for our house and garage, and we are more than pleased with the work they did. Could not recommend them more, 10/10 would hire again.

Had a roof replaced but the installer left old vent holes from prior years with out repairing them. Had Pro Masters Exterior come in behind them to inspect the new roof. Some minor issues were found but got lucky and didn't have to do a full tear off. During the inspection he brought up an old skylight that should have been dealt with during the new roof installation. Told me that it'll will probably give me issues down the road. Not a few months later it started leaking. Called Pro Masters Exterior back and had them repair it. Issue was prior installer didn't use the flashing kit that usually comes with it, coupled with the not so professional roof install around it. Got a quote for the repair and he had it fixed the very next day. Will be using them from now on for all my home exterior needs.

I can't say enough about this company. We replaced our roof from the storm damage last year. Waylon took the work out of it for his client. He met with insurance adjusters, reviewed our quotes, and haggled with them to increase our claim amount. He is hands on and very responsive to questions and concerns. Prices were fair; team was punctual, professional and friendly. They were very thorough with the clean up. They even painted the roofing fixtures to match!!!!! Waylon will go above and beyond to make this process easy and stress free for his customers. I feel very confident in recommending them to anyone.
